Defect or Damage Claim

All damaged and defective items must be reported to our team within the first 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and all claims are subject to inspection and approval. If furniture claim is refused on account of non-damage/defect, and a store credit is given as a refund, then the original shipping and handling fee charges, any return shipping fees, and a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund amount.

For natural materials such as wood and marble, variations can occur over time and these unique imperfections are not considered defects. New or foreign climate may also have an effect on wood and other natural materials, leading to shifts and possibly cracking. Consider these occurrences to be a unique expression of the raw and natural beauty of the item.
